I had the pleasure of being invited for Sunday lunch yesterday and thoroughly enjoyed it. Mad Hatter's has always been a favourite of mine owing to the lovely setting, delicious homemade food and Charlotte's warm welcome every time. The weather outdoors was miserable so we were delighted to sit in the cosy bar/restaurant in front of the roaring open fire. A real home from home feeling on a cold, wet Sunday afternoon in a magnificent old manor house, with no cooking or washing up to do - perfect!

Our first time at Mad Hatter's as we ended up in the area, and I'm glad we did. I rang at 12 for a table for Sunday roast lunch and was told to come at 2pm, perfect. They were busy but apologised for the wait, good food, so we didn't mind.
Loved the character building, friendly staff. Thanks Charlotte, we'll be back.

What an amazing live music event yesterday! Noone else could have coped doing all the preparation and cooking, managing staff, gite guests arriving, and serving stacks of delicious home-cooked food for so many people. Our group of English and French friends all had a fantastic time. Well done Charlotte and the team at Mad Hatter's!!

What a wonderful place to stay. I came on a solo trip for one night, and ended up staying for two! The Mad Hatter's Kitchen is a beautiful building filled with character and charm. The atmosphere is warm and relaxing, and the rooms are elegantly decorated, clean and comfortable. I loved having a pint on the terrace with its serene views over the surrounding countryside. Super friendly and attentive service, and the food... oh my gosh the food! Best fish and chips in France!
